Some tips: At the moment, there's lots of nobles - and with the upcoming siege of Nottingham Castle and lots of politics going on in the London subforum, you may want to join in with a couple of historical characters. Mercenaries and guards may be needed for this siege too, in order to fight for either the Prince or the King! Please note that if you are making an outlaw, he/she can be either good or bad- yup, there's Robin Hood's gang of do-gooders, but not all people in Nottingham are brilliant, remember! The rival gang's colours have been moved to the green group too, so I hope it's not too confusing! Posts: 4,806 Group: Moderator Member #264 Joined: Jun 19, 2008	Be advised: Due to the failure of many “newbies” to maintain characters for long enough to retain consistency, and the frequent misunderstandings as to the nature of the board, Admin – supported by the mod team – have decided to ‘lock’ the board. This will not affect any current members. Essentially, we are locking the doors and hanging a sign on the door that says ‘Full Up: Try the Next RP’. If any of you have friends who you want to join, and who you think have staying power, by all means invite them, and let a member of the mod team know! Since we’re mainly a historical RP now, with our own canon, we believe this is the right decision, especially with Series Three of Robin Hood potentially creating a flood of new applicants wanting to include the painfully historical inaccuracies we anticipate in the new series. The last thing we need is two dozen ‘Mary-Sue’ outlaws, a new Prince John, or Guy’s long lost sister. Seriously. We’ve been considering this for a while, but let me once again reassure existing roleplayers – this will not affect you or your ability to create dozens and dozens of new characters! welshie
