...more precisely, a time jump! I think most of you know what a time jump is! This time, I think we're jumping a period of a month again - so right now it's still the beginning of March, so we'll be jumping to mid April-time, I reckon! It won't be happening so soon, but not too far in the distant future either - because I know a lot of you have big plots everywhere, with all the outlaws, pairings, ships, friendships, weddings, London and elsewhere - so I understand... However, I think you'll all agree that we've been stuck in March for waayy too long. So we'll be doing a jump sometime soon - just reply to this thread, just with one character, to tell us you're ready and I'll add your names to this list - or whenever you're ready...or just to indicate that you're ok with the idea! I'll stick on a list on another thread sometime in the future. As for the current plot, just to keep up... King Richard's ransom has just reached the Court of Wesminster - well, the news has, anyway, courtesy of James Kevelioc. Prince John's also in London. The joust and masquerade ball are clearly over; it's more of a 'freestyle' plotting stage, if you know what I mean - aside from events in London, naturally. Just here to assure you that I won't be rushing you, but it'd be convenient if there are any plots to be tied up, to do so! Don't rush of course - just bear in mind that there'll be a jump sometime soon. I think, to avoid slowing down the plotting and stuff...when you start new RP threads feel free to jump more than just a few hours. Especially in the outlaws' camp- you can jump days and have your charries catch up on what's happened, because things are moving a bit slow. Unless you want to jump just a few hours for a particular plot, then that's fine - but if we move forward by days and you can catch up in your posts, then we won't need to jump in time with such big...months. Ok I'm really pushing it - but I know I'm ready for the jump (I'm saying to myself that I am, to stop any signs of panicking or anything marginally like that) so I'm just seeing who is and who's not - course, I can wait - so no rush, but just to say you don't need to rp every day down to its minute detail unless you're involved in heavy plottage! I just want to get an idea of who's set and who's not...I don't really want people jumping a week after everybody else or something cause they were left behind- that may prove a bit chaotic in my mind... So if you're ready just do me a favour of sticking your name down, and I'll make a list. If you're not ready and waiting for just a few charries in your head notify me of them and I'll make a note...Course, don't go saying "Jeff is ready and so is Bob" I mean...just..."I'm ready" will do *grin* I know how many charries some of you have...*cough* *exit stage left* Big list of whos ready Kennnyyyy I think Gemmy is...according to staff Andrea Edited by Sir Duncan MacCairn, Aug 26 2008, 09:41 PM.

Jump is sometime this weekend ! I think most people are wrapped up now, Im a bit unsure about the outlaw charity run but hey...you can do plenty of charity runs after the jump I'm sure. Just to clarify a jump Some may be worried about jumping forwards a whole month-- don't be. When you first post AFTER your jump you could give a brief recap in your post about what your charrie has been doing in the past month,so get your thinking caps on  Love you all! |

I guess London is excluded from jump too Dunno what outlaws will be up to--you can stick to this date or you can be very vague about mid-April because...Gemmy if you have a plot for April 16 I dunno who it concerns..or was that just a random date? Whatever is whatever...mid-April sometime,maybe around April 16--a few days before or after will not be punished!
