| They said this was a city for our kind, they said it was a safe haven from the rest of the world. This was suppose to be the city where we where safe from regular humans. But, in a city where Meta-Humans run rampant, is there such thing as safety? When taking what you want is as simple as waving your hand, or closing your eyes, how can there be law? In this city, the truth is there is only one source of law, and that are the different criminal organizations that have formed all around us. The only order is that of the darkest part of humanity, of criminal organizations where the strong thrive while the weak gasp for air. This is Niwa Nights.. This is our home. Can you survive it? “It’s been three days... Three! Arghhhh...” What started as an attempt to calm himself only escalated, naturally. Why? Because this was Brit. “That’s it Romeo... You’re fucked.” His dark tone emphacised the severity of the matter. Jon had been doing God knows what with Shae for how many weeks now? In matter-o-factly Brit was in Niwa first... He had first dibbs, on... moral, grounds... Wait what? He wanted to kill the Police Girl with his bare hands a couple days ago... Well, he still does but that’s beside the POINT! “Don’t speak unless spoken to.” He clenched his jaw as he looked across to the shattered remains of his mirror. “Lies, it tells nothing but LIES.” “I don’t see the problem.” The all too familiar voice spoke out from beside Brit, the one constant companion, no matter how many times he kicks it. She always returned. Raksha was nothing without Brit, and vice versa. “Go and talk to her, then kill her.” Her tone sounded so gentle and sweet as she reminded him of his intense “Ha, you just don’t like getting shot a couple billion times... Pussy.” The tone was condescending, after all. He felt every bullet too. “Fine, I’m doing this... Don’t stay up for me, I’ll be late... And it’s kinda weird too.” Thankfully he had enough time to watch every police member enter and exit the C.R.A.S.H. office while he stalked his victim. One of which lived only a block away. ‘Lived’ past tense. 'Diasuke, you have failed this city... <Twang>' He repeated the image of killing the policeman over and over in his head. The phrase still brought a grin to his features as he walked down the crowded street towards the C.R.A.S.H. building in full police uniform. The poor guy may never have watched Arrow before, and Brit’s effort in giving him a fitting death would have been for nothing... Well not exactly nothing, there was still the shocked look on his face when the illusion of the arrow sunk deep within his chest. That was priceless. Kinda made him want to do it again. “Gonna find me a Police Girl... Dun duh dun... Gonna find where she lives...” His tone was not overly loud to attract the attention of anyone who passed but he was happy, so Diasuke had a new lease on life... It was called, death. With a sense of unfamiliarity Brit entered through the heavy doors of the office. Knowing only a handful of people by name he resorted to the ‘smile and wave’ technique as he passed the front desk. “Now, where do I find a computer?” He muttered to himself as he passed yet another intercom, what was this for? Room service? |

As always the C.R.A.S.H. Office was basically unattended. It looked more like a residential building than an office. From right beside him the intercom came to life, a very familiar female voice addressing the question he had voiced. “Officer Diasuke, as you are aware the computer terminals are located on the fourth and fifth floor.” |

“Poli- Shae? You can hear me?.. Of course you can hear me, you just answered.” The comment was out of surprise as he stumbled for words... No one had really noticed the interaction between officer Diasuke and Shae... Yet. “... So... Fourth and fifth floor... And where a bout’s are you...?” He spoke with a level of humor, quite befitting the Officer himself, but nothing could compete to Brit’s creepy factor. He rested his right shoulder against the wall as he started tracing his finger around the intercom panel slowly... Sensually... Painstakingly. Gah this torture was fantastic! “And where is your office... Are you in there, working away as you fantasise about moi down here on ground level, looking at everyone... looking at me?” Oook... Nothing to see here... |

“I am located on the fifth floor in the central offices.” Vi replied almost instantly somehow managing to filter out that the was an actual question located in there somewhere. She ran facial software recognition again but it came back as a match. It was not the first time one of the officers had flirted with her. “I am always working. However, I do not have any fantasies about you, Officer Diasuke.” Shae would never have been able to get that sentence out. She would have turned bright red at some stage and the words would have all started to mash together. Vi, however, had no issue in the world setting the wayward officer straight. Besides, she was privy to Shae’s fantasies and regretfully Diasuke had not featured in any of them. |

“It’s a date. Please be gentle... I have a weakness for women with librarian persona’s.” The mild sound of laughter echoed through the corridor as Officer Diasuke headed for the first elevator, with a spring in his step and humming a familiar tune. Turning around in a swoosh motion he pressed the button labelled 5th floor, so he pressed it a few more times for luck until the door closed. He literally had goose bumps up both arms as the familiar ‘ding’ sounded. ‘Central offices... Check... Little Police Girl... Not check, Hmmm.’ “So, am I getting warmer?” His tone came out sincerely as he was beginning to feel like a mouse in a maze, or was that simply a cage? With trained C.R.A.S.H. personnel presumably at every level of the building, but what did he have to worry about, he was one of them. Kinda... Aside from his ramblings he could feel a soft hum from the main office in the middle of the building... So... maybe this was her ‘central office’... It’s not like they had to spell it out. Well, it appears they did. Pushing through the solid door his eyes ran along tables and computer equipment, but no Police Girl? Maybe she was playing hard to get? The little minx. “Ok, so you’re not here.” His tone did little to hide the defeat in his voice as he slumped into one of the office wheelie chairs. Naturally it moved of its own accord and slowly spun Officer Diasuke around a few times before shunting against the nearest desk. The monitors flashed to life as if waking a dragon, multiple screens brightened his surroundings as multiple pictures continued with a repeat of a red head in Osore’s prison colours. “Hellooo...” Not quite what he intended on finding as a police report explained that she was the one that started the fires in Osore earlier that year... “Ha!... Hahahaha... Oh, deliciousness...” He read the details on her address and full name before switching to Police Girl’s residential details. Two birds with one stone? It was almost too easy. “Shaeris Forestward, now where do you live?” He started talking to himself to keep his mind on track as he begun flicking through each police profile. Maybe if he had a little more time he could research himself, and see how much they knew of the man, the legend... |

From beside him the seven foot super computer hummed softly. It was the most obvious piece of hardware in the room. Beside it stood the database mainframe, a chaotic mess of cables and drives compiled into the most logical sense they could be. Anything which was obviously computer orientated in the room had a place to live. “Personnel files are restricted to authorised access only.” |
