| They said this was a city for our kind, they said it was a safe haven from the rest of the world. This was suppose to be the city where we where safe from regular humans. But, in a city where Meta-Humans run rampant, is there such thing as safety? When taking what you want is as simple as waving your hand, or closing your eyes, how can there be law? In this city, the truth is there is only one source of law, and that are the different criminal organizations that have formed all around us. The only order is that of the darkest part of humanity, of criminal organizations where the strong thrive while the weak gasp for air. This is Niwa Nights.. This is our home. Can you survive it? How long had it been since the incident at the church? Haru was fine now, if a bit shaken up. The skulk involved had run back to hiding in the park to lick their wounds. And Aiko had one big wound to lick. Amber was gone. After breaking into the church, everything was more confusing to the girl. Haru was released, one of the cultists was dead, and the others were attacking the priest, at first verbally, then violently. The Skulks ran out of the church, leaving the cultists behind and breathing fresh air. Upon seeing Haru untied in the air, Aiko settled, and was able to truly focus on the skulks there. She recalled the reason she wanted to follow the dead girl to begin with, and wondered if she should apologize then... But then she really looked around. Alk, Haru...where...where was Amber? Flashes of what she had done, gunning down though who approached her...and one of those who had came from behind her...was Amber. She'd let out a wounded howl, and ran to where her girl lay, blood pooling on the grass and dirt below her... The white haired curl, began to cry, falling to the ground and holding her dead girlfriend close. She couldn't recall if Haru, or Alk had come after her. She didn't remember anything, besides pain, and misery. She eventually fell asleep, curled up to the slowly cooling body of her half panther formed girlfriend. the next morning, she carried the body back with her. Amber was larger, and therefore heavier than the tiny Aiko. Even so, she walked forward, stumbling, and wobbling. Her tears were dried to her face, and her face was frozen. Her dark eyes were life-less at this point, and she didn't look at anyone. She took her to a small corner of the camp, near to the tent they had shared. Behind the body was a large white rock. She put Amber on the ground, and went back to their tent. She returned, shovel in hand, and began to dig. She dug for hours, wanting the hole to be deep enough. She hadn't said a word, just working. Eventually, she dug a hole that she barely was able to climb out of. She struggled out, and picked her girlfriend's body up, only to slowly slide into the hole again. She gently lay her girlfriend down. Aiko said only a few quiet words to the grave, "I loved you...and trusted you...and I betrayed you...I...I'm sorry...Amber..." She bit her lip, shutting her eyes tightly. She began to bury the corpse, each shovelful of dirt making a thud as they hit bottom. Once the grave was filled, the still quiet Aiko walked back to her tent to gather her paints, and brought them out ot the giant stone by the grave. Rather than making it obvious a body was there, in case someone tried to remove Amber, Aiko began to paint her. First, as the fiercely protective panther anyone who threatened the Skulk knew. Then, as the soft, easy to laugh, shy girl that Aiko loved. The moment she was done, she fell to her knees, and cried. Her forehead leaned on the rock, and she broke down. Eventually, realizing it was late at night, Aiko got to her feet, and collapsed in the tent she and Amber had shared. She didn't leave it. Aiko remained there, dealing with the nightmares when slept, and staring at the place Amber used to sleep in every night... She didn't eat. Nor drink. Aiko, already thin due to poorness, and frail since birth, was wasting away... |

The tent suddenly ripped open and Ezo emerged. It was day out, the sun was beaming and he let in the light as he walked in. He had a bowl of food in his hand, but it wasn’t going to be for him. Aiko had been in that tent stinking up the camp for days now. She wasn`t eating, she wasn’t stepping out, she smelled of dying. Which wasn`t death per se, but her scent was fading. Ezo couldn’t let any of the kits die, especially if he was around and had to endure the stench of it. “Alright you dumb cunt. It`s time for food” He snarled as he knelt down next to her. She looked worse than she smelled. Ezo was being loud, and without the tent to hide her condition the other skulks would find out. The food he had was chunky chicken soup. He took the spoon and took a big spoonful and approached it to her mouth. “Don`t fuckin make me force the food inside of ya!” Ezo snarled. |

Aiko's eyes shut tight at the bright light of the open tent door, and the sound of Ezo's snarls made her want to shove a pillow over her head. She didn't have the strength for that, though, and just opened a single eye to look at the wolf boy. While Aiko was about as well kept as any other of the street kids in the skulk, she hadn't even been trying now. What was the point? There was no Amber to look good for. No one she could impress. Her white hair was filled with left over dirt from grave digging, and her clothes were also full of it. Her eyes were sunken, and bagged. She didn't sleep well, waking up from nightmares of that night. Her skin was pale, and drawn, and her dark eyes lifeless. The way she was lying, still, under her cover made her seem like a corpse already. "I...I don't want food." Aiko buried her face downwards, hiding her mouth. She didn't deserve food. What if the strength gotten from the food helped her hurt more people? Even Ezo was only mortal, she didn't want to cause his death either. She pulled the thin blanket she had over her head, eyes shut tightly yet again. "Go away Ezo....go protect the camp....or something..." She was speaking quietly, and her voice was hoarse. |

This fucking girl was pissing him off. She was practically rotting alive. It was a disgusting sight, but she was still alive. There was no way in Hell that Ezo was ever going to let anybody die while he was around; unless he was the reason for death, of course. Ezo but the spoonful back in the bowl, and he just scoffed. “I fucking warned you” He snarled as he violently took the pillow off her head, and threw it to the side. He even forcibly removed the blankets to reveal her face. Ezo will not let this one go, at least not if he could stop it. “Fucking cunt! What`s the fuck is wrong with you?! Look at yourself. You’re fucking starving. Don`t fucking fight me on this. “ he said as he grabbed her to turn her to her back: he wasn`t kidding about force feeding her the food; He didn`t care what the others thought, or even the reason why she was like this. His plan was just to pin her down on her back, and just… jam the food in her mouth, and force her to swallow it. |

Aiko struggled to fight him, but even if she was perfectly healthy, Ezo seriously outclassed her in strength. She blinked at him in surprise at first, before weakly clenching her fists and turning her head to the side. "I don't deserve food...I don't want it...need it...." She re-invigorated her weak struggling, eyes shut tightly. Why didn't he let her go? Why couldn't he go away? "...please..." The girl stopped fighting, panting from exhaustion already. How many days had it been since she'd last had food? She didn't remember. |

« You fucking do, dumb cunt! You`re dying here! I`m not letting you fucking die! I don`t fucking care how bad you feel about your sorry ass self! You`re going to fucking eat, and that`s fucking it!” Ezo snarled violently. He felt guilty. He wasn’t there when it happened. He even knew that Haru was involved, and he hadn’t seen her since he was patched up after his return. He actually pinned her down on the ground. She couldn`t even fight back against him; It was pathetic. He didn`t want her to die, especially not if he was here to prevent it. He used his knees to pin her arms to the ground, and he grabbed her face, forcing her mouth open by pressing her cheeks with one hand, and he just jammed the spoon full of food in her mouth, and took out the spoon, and forced her mouth shut. “Swallow! Fucking swallow it! I`m not fucking leaving until THAT bowl is empty!” He snarled, as he held her mouth shut with the food inside of her. |

Feng didn't know if now was a good time or if there was any sort of etiquette in entering this camp. A customer of his was the one who hooked him up with the whereabouts of the Skulk but he didn't get much in terms of detail. As a teen immigrant with a criminal rep, he felt he needed some sort contacts for protection and maybe expand his services. While unsure they would have need for a tech expert or a bootlegger, he figured they could always use added muscle and maybe occasional revenue. He slowly and cautiously approached the camp, arms where they could see them. As he cautiously stepped towards the area, he spied a mural on a large stone. It looked fresh, underneath the stone showed signs of a fresh dig. The basic width and length clued him into the significance of the mural. He was even more unsure whether they would tolerate his presence now. But, he was not sure when it would be a good time, he had to do what he could now. He'd get out if they told him to so he did his best to move slowly and without intimidation. He knelt by the painted tombstone. Closer inspection revealed the paint was still drying. He made out that the body was a young girl. He did not know her, couldn't know her he was new to the scene but felt some respect and humility was best. It was respectful and could show that he was not a hostile. He tore a piece of cloth from his coat and wrapped it around his right arm. This was a fairly makeshift way of mourning that was common in his Chinese home. Left side for man, right for woman. The coat was black, so the color was not seen as happy or offensive to a mourner in his traditions. Though not normally a man of faith, he clasped his hands together, closed his eyes, bowed his head and waited. Edited by KingCorn, Nov 13 2012, 03:11 AM.

Usually, Aiko would glare, and call Ezo names back. Argue, throw something, and laugh about it later with Amber. Or any skulk who knew the stubborn wolf, really. Now, she just lay there, squirming slightly, but unable to get loose, or free from his pin. "What's the poi-AANNNG" She was interrupted by him grabbing her mouth, and holding it open for him to shove a spoonful of something in her mouth. She gagged, coughing as she breathed some of it in. Eventually, she was forced to swallow. Her eyes teared up, and she shut them. "Fine...torture me with life...you're more sadistic than I thought..." Aiko waited for the next spoonful, knowing she couldn't escape it. She was pinned in her tent, unable to know about the person praying for Amber not too far away. |

Ezo would not have any of her self-depreciating bullshit. He refused to let another skulk member die. She felt guilty? Too fucking bad! Dying won’t fucking bring her back, and dying… Well… nobody knows what happens when you die, but Ezo refused to believe it was all rainbows and sunshine. Even if Aiko and amber were tight, there were other Skulk members! How selfish of her to leave them all behind because of a stupid mistake. “That`s it, you’re going to swallow every fucking drop of that bowl. And I`ll repeat this three times a fucking day. You’re not going to fucking die, you fucking cunt! Not while i`m still fucking here!” Ezo yelled at her with a snarl. His eyes pierced right through her as he took another spoonful and forced it down her gullet. Ezo knew what she was going through, he might be the only one… when he used to lead his gang, he`s lost many of his own members because of stupid overzealous decisions. They each weigh heavily on his soul; but if he let Aiko die, then… Why should he bother trying to live? Ezo`s nose picked up an unfamiliar scent, and he looked away from Aiko and turned his head. There was an intruder in their territory. “Fuck! Am I the only one that fucking patrols around here?! Hey You! Fuck Face! The fuck are you doing here?!” He yelled at the newcomer. He couldn't see the newcomer, but his nose was more reliable then his eyes. He knew he was there. An odd sight it would be, he was still on top of Aiko, holding a bowl and spoon as she was barely struggling to get out of his grasp. Edited by Wackman, Nov 13 2012, 03:16 PM.

Feng turned his head around a full 360 degrees and then the rest of his body followed suit. "Nǐ hǎo. Sorry, I was uh paying respect. But anyways I wasn't up to anything. Just looking to join up is all. I'm new to the country and figured it'd help finding a group where we can all watch each others backs. And maybe help spread word to the right people if they are looking for tech services that aren't exactly...legal." He kept a soft expression in his eyes. He wasn't looking for a fight, and this guy sounded like the kind to start something just to show dominance. Not really Feng's cup of tea. "Back in Hong Kong, I got a taste of the older, more organized groups, but you can't really trust those guys. Figured I'd hang with a more easy to read crowd with an M.O. that'd be easy to follow. I'd help knock heads, give discounts to members and what not. " Edited by KingCorn, Nov 13 2012, 07:09 PM.
