They said this was a city for our kind, they said it was a safe haven from the rest of the world. This was suppose to be the city where we where safe from regular humans. But, in a city where Meta-Humans run rampant, is there such thing as safety? When taking what you want is as simple as waving your hand, or closing your eyes, how can there be law? In this city, the truth is there is only one source of law, and that are the different criminal organizations that have formed all around us. The only order is that of the darkest part of humanity, of criminal organizations where the strong thrive while the weak gasp for air. This is Niwa Nights.. This is our home.

Can you survive it?

The night was dark, the activities seemed decent. Punks were here and there, performing various tasks, such as just shooting the shit to performing deals. It was the perfect breeding ground for Ashura's test run. The Machine stood quietly, lifelessly on top of a nearby roof. Various faculties ran through the machine, gauging various anomalies and activities that could be seen. The lenses behind the optical plates zoomed and scanned a particular deal going own.

With barely any noise, the machine reached down with unwavering speed and drew forth the MultiTool. "Adapt: Rifle" The voice shifted, as if processed through several different synthesizers to work properly. The weapon expanded at certain parts, shifting to the ideal rifle, holding it in his hands, the metal wrapping around the metallic armor of his fingers. He squeezed on the grip and lifted the scope, adapting to the wind and air speed. A bead slides along a tube of his arm and slides almost effortlessly into the chamber.

"Target: Neutralized."

A click and the sound of air burst from his back and arms, sending the bead propelling at amazing speeds. Like a very high tech air-soft gun. The pellet slammed into the dealer's head, connecting almost effortlessly. The dealer staggered and collapses, going out like a light. The other person drew a gun and began to aim around haphazardly.

Ashura could not understand why the man chose to stay to fight it out. The common factor would have been to flee. Lining up the second shot, the man was worried enough to allow Ashura to load a second shot, his body recirculating for the air.

The man bolted.

Lifting the rifle just a bit to compensate, a second shot was released, the man capsizing over and skidding hard into a tumble on the ground. He slides his finger along the rifle. "Adapt: Axe" The weapon began to re-purpose itself for the tool he wanted. The shaft extended and the majority of tech built up a base at the end. With a push, Ashura leaped off the roof, holding the shaft with both hands. It took a bit, but he was able to authorize a BURST to propel himself parallel to the ground, his heavy feet meeting it as he sprinted. He actions took a bit but he was to secure the area for disposal.

He connects the various paths in his cybernetic body. "Request: Disposal. Location: Shipping Yard. Building 238-A" He skidded to a stop and held the weapon defensively. Upon seeing no other people he lowers his guard, yet his eyes scanned the darkness and anywhere he could see. Focusing on rooftops and various dark areas between shipping crates.

"No, we've got nothing more to discuss. Not tonight, anyway." He smirked, turned to ASHURA. "Yeah, I'll meet you back at the rendezvous. Officer Iwasawa, pleasure meeting you. Hope next time it doesn't involve live firearms. Oh; and please, please..." his hands were clasped together in front of him; universal gesture. "Don't run off and tell Soph, or the rest of the brass, or anyone about this, yeah? I'd appreciate it. Hell, I'd buy you a beer, but I don't even think you're old enough to drink. At any rate. Farewell."

With that, the man turned on his heel and headed back down the path towards home.

Without thinking about it, she took out her phone and spoke back to the man. "I get off in an hour, if you make it a stronger drink you have a deal." She looked over her shoulder at him, and continued. "Sky lounge, in an hour and a half." She dialed on her phone and put it up to her ear.

"Hello, this is Officer Iwasawa, I'm calling for transport on two suspects." -- Yui would wait until the police showed up with a cop car before she headed home, to get ready to head out for a much needed drink.
