Paradise Park ALL RESIDENTS OF NIWA WELCOME! It's a beautiful summer day! The sun was shining, the swimsuits were out and the beach was ready for fun! At the Paradise Park, everything seemed to be open for the start of summer! It seemed that a summer festival was going on. Business closed in the city to come here and do business. There was everything - hot takoyaki, savory yakisoba, specialized okonomiyaki, and even sweet taiyaki in various shapes. A beach volleyball tourament was going on. Watermelon was being cracked left and right! And, of course, you couldn't forget the swimsuits! It seemed that every woman in Niwa had come dressed to their own comfort. Flowing sundresses, bare legs, cute swimsuits, it was all there. Even the men seemed to be dressed crisply, with a refreshing flair. White shirts, cute khaki shorts or pants. There were rollercoasters, dizzying rides, bumper cars, carnival games, so, so much food, plenty of drink and performances from local musicians left and right. A ton of noise, reminiscent of the Kogano festivals (but then again, the Kogano family owned ten percent of the shares of the park), but if you looked closely, there were spots of quiet. There were smiles all around, new people meeting each other left and right. A fun socializing event, perfect for a date! |

A man had been walking amongst the crowds of people, casually strolling along as people came and went beside him. The man was dressed in a Hawaiian Shirt and Khaki Pants, which went well with his bare feet and Sandals. The last bit of clothing that stood out about this man was his Aviator Sunglasses, which fell over his eyes and hid his own gaze very well as he looked out the crowd. If it wasn't for the long black hair tied back into a neat pony tail, nobody would have ever guessed that the man standing there was none other than Takashi Otsuka. With his gun and badge hidden by his clothing, Takashi had stopped at one spot and looked around him as he waited for his guest to arrive. His guest was none other than Anja Braginski, his boss within the department as well as his date for the day. Takashi had made a promise to her that he would take her here some time after the ULTIMATE ROMANSU~ event they had been put in together, and he figured today was the perfect day to make good of that promise. The sun was shining, everyone was out having a good time, and Takashi had even bought some new clothes for the occasion! Was Takashi becoming more outgoing because of Anja? Possibly, but only today would really tell. |

It wasn't really her thing to go to the beach, but when your boss commands you to accompany her somewhere, you rarely say no. For now, Haru was content trailing behind the blonde commander as she picked at the black bathing suit she was wearing. It was a one piece, but she still felt self-conscious about her body, especially without the bandages. Vesper had allowed her to wear the one-piece and shorts as well as a visor because it all made the blonde look better. And damn, did she look fine. Vesper was sporting a cobalt blue string bikini with a white cover-up that was unzipped. Perched on her nose was a pair of large, dark sunglasses and her hair was tied in a low ponytail so she could wear the large sun-hat she had "acquired" recently. Compared to Haru's simple attire, she looked like a high-class celebrity. The only thing throwing off the whole thing were her flip-flops. The deadgirl removed her own flip-flops, hefting the large beach bag she had on her shoulder before following behind her leader. Vesper was only carrying a beach-ball, leaving the heavy lifting to the pink-haired girl. Not that Haru would ever complain about being a pack-mule. In fact, she found herself a little excited. She had never been to a beach before. She was about to tell Vesper, when she noticed the blonde staring off at a man in a tacky hawaiian shirt. "Ves?" She attempted, snapping the leader out of her reverie, "You okay?" "Yeah. Fine." Vesper responded, though not very convincingly. She pointed further down the beach, nearer to the water, "That looks like a good place to set up shop. Race you!" She called out before dashing off. Haru laughed, following diligently behind, letting the other woman win at this game. |

It really was a perfect day to go to the beach. The sun was beating down on her bare shoulders and despite the impassive look on her face as she took in her surroundings she really was quite happy to be here. Anja had been looking forward o this date for quite some time, she'd even gone shopping for the occasion! It had taken her a depressingly long time to actually find something and she was sure that she had annoyed more then one of the store clerks in the process, but she had finally found the perfect outfit. It was just a simple white sundress but it made her feel feminine which was a very rare thing for her. Besides, she loved the way he had looked at her last time she had been dressed up. Under the dress she was wearing her new bikini which had been even more of an ordeal to buy. The way she looked now was worth all the heartache that went into buying these clothes though. Her eyes scanned the crowd as she made her way through the busy park. It seemed like everyone was here to enjoy the wonderful weather and it made searching for Takashi even more difficult. This was where he had told her to meet him wasn't it? She pulled her phone out of the bag she had swung over her body and checked the message he had sent her. Yes, this was the right spot. Where was he then? The only people that were around was an older couple with their kids and some guy in a Hawaiian shirt. A small frown appeared on her face as she took a closer look at the man before she shook her head and made her way over, giving his ponytail a gentle tug when she reached him "I hardly recognized you in this outfit. I like your shirt" Though what she really liked was his sunglasses. Anja had always has a thing for aviator sunglasses. It was nice to see them on him. |
