Clancy's Video. [King did not actually post a video. But rumor has it, his character was supposed to sing Elvis for his video. So unless he PMs me otherwise, just assume that's what happened.] - There was some kind of mix-up. Soph Dokuro, instead of expecting thirty seconds of Clancy Mulryan talking about how cool he was, what he did and what he liked in a girl, was watching eight minutes of a hairy man in a red wig singing Britney Spears. This was mildly confusing, because Soph was having trouble understanding what the breaded man was singing about. Did Clancy really sing so badly? Did he really wear a shirt that didn't cover his stomach? Why did he dye his chest hair six different colors? Soph scratched her head. Badass yawned. He returned to his position onto the floor, stretching out all two-and-half feet, keeping his Mohawk out of the way. Wearing a purple sundress with white flowers, Soph looked rather womanly. She even wore white flats with the outfit, with gold detailing. But now she was debating her choice in clothes. Because Soph knew Clancy and rather liked him when he was slim and actually redheaded, she had thought to dress up a little. But now this change of events confused her. She decided to watch the video again. How many pounds did Clancy gain? Sixty? She sat in her strawberry beanbag chair and pondered as she stared at the iPad. |

The man who entered the room was at least sixty pounds lighter than the one in the video, noticeably less hairy, and definitely a better singer. He seemed to be singing Elvis Presley's "Can't help falling In Love" to himself. He stopped when he got near to Soph. His smile reflected the clothes he was wearing, simple but classy. A black tux and vest, with a white dress shirt and red tie. His hair hung over one shoulder in a tail that had been bound up with a black length of cloth. "I didn't keep you waiting, did I?" he said. He had a rose, fairly typical for these situations, in his hand. He'd chosen a pink one instead of the regular red seeing as it matched Soph's hair. "Why say in a video what you can say in person?" He offered her his hand before the flower so he wouldn't be talking down at her. Any person preferred to be seen on equal footing, and women doubly so. Edited by KingCannon, Feb 25 2012, 05:55 AM.

Soph smiled as Clancy entered the room. Thankfully he didn't look like whoever was in the video - Soph wasn't sure what she would do if he was the person in the video... she would probably be a little disappointed (after all, she liked Clancy the way he was!). But there was nothing to worry about! Thankfully she hadn't waited too long. At his extended hand, Soph smiled and took it, standing up. Seeing the pink rose, Soph brightened and smiled wide. "It's lovely to see you Mulryan-san~" she chirped. "I'm glad to see you're not the man in the video, haha..." Wait, Soph? Awkward? Not a new thing. But around a man? Hm. |
