Once again she had been changed for her next date. Anja didn't see the point in switching outfits so much but she knew better then to argue with the designers for this game. They didn't take well to people ruining their 'visions' and any resistance was met with a sharp glare that silenced her objections. This time she was wearing a white long sleeve shirt that was cut so it hung off one of her shoulders. Personally, she thought it was a ridiculous design. What was the point of a shirt that didn't fit correctly? No one listened to her thoughts in the matter though so she was forced to wear it. The black skirt that went with it was also too short, falling about mid thigh, and exposed too much of her leg. Completing the look was a pair of black sandles that laced up her calf and came to a stop just below her knees. As silly as she felt Anja did have to admit that her legs looked pretty nice when they were showed off this way. There was no way to change it so she might as well try to enjoy it. Looking nice and wearing something flattering was a rare treat and it felt kind of nice to feel pretty for a change. A small smile formed on her lips as she picked up the iPad and watched the next video. She had no idea that Takashi was in this little challenge as well and she suddenly was glad they put her in this outfit for her date with him. Not that she wanted to impress the guy or anything..of course not. That wasn't the reason at all. |

There was a certain level-headedness to Takashi as he approached the next room, keeping in mind that whatever came behind the next door could hold some weird surprise or maybe even more fighting like he had gone through last time. Takashi was dressed simply enough, his dark blue suit and tie combination being the most predominant feature while his long black hair was tied back in a ponytail for the event. Hopefully whoever was behind this next door wouldn't put him through so much grief, since after all, he was here to enjoy himself. Knocking on the door, Takashi waited patiently. He had learned his lesson on just barging in after door number one. |

She couldn't help but raise an eyebrow as she rose from her spot on the chair and made her way over to the door. Every other guy had just walked into the room. She didn't mind getting up and walking though, her legs had been starting to fall asleep and this was a good way to get the feeling back in them. Once she got to the door she opened it wide and smiled at the man before her. "Well, fancy meeting you here" she stepped to the side she he could actually come inside. "Mind your step, there are plants and vines. It's pretty easy to trip in here." |

"Well...fancy that..." It was one thing to walk in to meet someone he already knew, but to walk into this next room knowing somebody as well as he knew Anja was something else entirely. Smiling earnestly but trying to contain himself, Takashi took a step inside and looked around at the surrounding room. It was very different from the rooms he had been in previously, but not completely different from Kira's room where he was possessed by a giant Scraggy costume. The room seemed to come alive as long as Takashi looked around, but the second he turned around to look at Anja, everything just kind of froze. "What...uhh...what made you sign up for this?" |

"Soph did actually. Something about me being shut in and not meeting anybody. It's impossible to resist that woman when she really is trying to get you to do something. She could persuade anyone to do anything." She gave a sigh of mock defeat but she didn't really mind being here right now. It was amusing to see Takashi frozen like that, maybe she should dress this way more often? Her smile widened at the thought of showing up to work in something even slightly feminine. The world might explode or something along those lines. The attention was something she really could get used to though. Anja pretended not to notice and instead just shut the door and walked back to her seat then sat down. She waved to the other seat and crossed her legs, looking quite lady like for once in her life. "Make yourself comfortable. Sorry it's so hot in here, you must know by now how much I dislike being cold" |

"Ahh, right. Fun story, she was the room I went to before this one. First time meeting her, I gotta say...everything was very pink..." Takashi didn't trust what Anja had just said about Soph, their new chief of police being a person who can convince anyone to do anything. The department had faced all kinds of scandals for taking orders from corrupt officers who could convince anyone of anything, but hopefully Soph would be the kind of woman to pull the NCPD from the years of corruption into a new age. But that was neither here nor there, and right now all that was here was Takashi and Anja, running into each other in the oddest of circumstances. "You look good." That came out too directly. |

Her eyebrow rose at his comment as she fought the urge to laugh. Well at least she wasn't the only one who was slightly awkward about this kind of thing. They were both very much out of their element but hopefully it would turn out alright in the end. There was no reason to be serious and it was really hard to be serious in this kind of situation. It felt nice to loosen up some and see what Takashi was really like. "Well thank you. I think you look good as well" |

"Well...uhh...thank you..." That was one of the few times another woman had admitted openly that Takashi looked good to his face. Takashi vaguely remembered Vesper saying something similar to him at one point a while back, but he couldn't be too sure at this point. It had been a while since Vesper had come around to see him, but that would have to be addressed whenever she decided to come around again. Takashi, after all, had no way of getting into contact with her when he wanted to. Takashi, noticeably red in the cheeks, nodded along and continued with the talking. "How's the...uhh...job going?" Has Takashi hit a dead end already? |

It was too difficult to hold back any longer, she finally let out a soft laugh as she watched him go red in the face as he stood there. He couldn't look more out of place if he tried. It seemed that when he was nervous Takashi got rather tongue tied. It was actually very cute and she hoped that he didn't think she was making fun of him. She rather liked this new side of him that she hadn't seen before. Anja really would have to dress this way more often if this was the result. "The job is going well. I'd rather not talk about work though. I'm trying to forget about all of that for now. It's nice to relax and not have to worry about my deadlines and things like that" |
