They said this was a city for our kind, they said it was a safe haven from the rest of the world. This was suppose to be the city where we where safe from regular humans. But, in a city where Meta-Humans run rampant, is there such thing as safety? When taking what you want is as simple as waving your hand, or closing your eyes, how can there be law? In this city, the truth is there is only one source of law, and that are the different criminal organizations that have formed all around us. The only order is that of the darkest part of humanity, of criminal organizations where the strong thrive while the weak gasp for air. This is Niwa Nights.. This is our home.

Name: Axel Hemington Gang Affiliation: Cerberus. Faction I Leader. Age: 24 Birth Date may 9th Occupation: Small time weapons dealer Residence: Has a small house, and deals weapons out of his basement. Physique: Spoiler: click to toggle Posted Image Personality: Axel tends to be incredibly sarcastic and won't hesitate to speak his mind. He is very up front about things and does not like being cheated, shorting him a dime may cost you your life. he is a genteman to a point. If it is clear he has no chance, he will behave normally around a woman, but if she seems to show interest he will be very forward about his intent. Personal History: Axel grew up just south of Dublin, Ireland where his father was in the black market weapons trade. life was easy and wealthy and Axel was given his first gun (an ACR he still keeps in his personal weapon storage) at the age of 16. On his 18th birthday his house was raided, and his father was killed in the process. his mother, his brother and sister and himself escaped and fled the country to Japan, where they settled down. The weapons trade being all he knew, Axel got back into the business when he was twenty, causing him to be disowned by his mother. Understanding his mother didn't want the family to be in any further danger Axel left the family in the suburbs without anger and got a small house in downtown Niwa. his ability makes it easy for him to smuggle weapons. Gifts/Skills/Abilities/Powers: As far as Axel knows, he is able to teleport using portals he can create on solid surfaces. the surface must be large enough to support his mass (he can't jump into a pole) and his ability is useless in water or mid air. Teleporting through the ground is risky as he has to actually fall into the portal and has to come out of a wall feet first (or head first if he dived into it,) as he would not be able to climb out of another portal on the ground. The true potential of his power is that he actually is the 'god' of a separate dimension. He is able to use his portals to travel between the dimensions. Within his own dimension he is able to create matter from nothing as he creates the laws of it. However what he creates within his dimension from scratch are not permitted through his portals. He may bring someone into his dimension with him but doing so too often will drain him. When he is within his dimension time outside it stands still for him, continuing to give the appearance he merely teleported. He cannot fire a weapon from inside his dimension into a portal and hit someone outside it, nor can he fire a weapon through a portal, whatever travels through the portal must be touching him. A few key details for his power, gotta have his weaknesses known. Since he is pretty much jumping between locations, he has to either be able to see where he is jumping or at least know the layout He can only open two portals at a time, enter and exit. the portals tend t be just enough size to accomidate him or someone he is bring with him the surface he uses has to be big enough to support the portal, he cannot warp through a pole He does not use his dimension for storage, as he cannot disrupt the law of matter too much in this dimesnion. Items/Equipment: The weapon he carries on him, usually in its compact form. Has a pack with other parts in it. Axel was dealing with a haggler who didn't seem to understand the weapons trade. The only thing that made Axel certain this dipshit wasn't a cop was that at least cops are smart enough to send in someone who knows what they are doing, and they pay what you ask just to make the bust sale. "I'm not paying full price, so you are gonna sell it to me for what I'm offering. Simple as that." The man said, trying to be intimidating. This guy must have just gotten into the crime scene, he was young and stupid and thought he could bargain with the underground. Axel picked up the loaded .357 revolver and clicked the hammer back. "Now look lad, I won't say this again. You either fok off right now, or I won't be able to sell this gun to anyone." "And why not?" The tough act dropped, a look of nervousness washing over the kid's face. "Cuz it'll be fookin' used that's why. Now get out." the kid quickly obliged, realizing he had asked for too much bang for his buck and headed outside white faced. he would just have to find another dealer. Oath I hereby swear to provide the weapon perfectly tailored to your need to protect your life and take someone else's.
