Middle class to upper class housing. Crime is generally invisible here... invisible. These nice kept houses with green lawns and garages provide a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Religion is one thing that Niwa seems to be lacking in these days. Located atop a small hill in its own section in the residential area is the huge three-story church, which is decorated with beautiful stained glass windows and artisan-crafted benches along with its own bell tower. The only thing this place is used for these days is to host weddings... Nobody ever attends mass.

Of the many skyscrapers that call Niwa City home is the Kogano Financial Building. The contents of this building, as far as anyone else knows, is the Headquarters for KoganoBANK.

What's a business district without the giant Coffeehouse Chain around the corner? In the heart of Niwa's hustle and bustle is Kisea10's Niwa City Headquarters; the giant corporation's flagship in this city. Many suits and business skirts frequent this giant franchise.

Niwa City's undisputed champion of anything/everything news. Pay attention this forum, as it will contain the time, day, and local weather!

Niwa is the home of many skyscrapers, but they were not there from the start. The Havenberg Construction site--taking on slightly more space than an average city block--is one of the most ambitious engineering projects in the world. However, it is being constructed by less-ambitious construction workers. This skeleton-of-a-building has undergone numerous delays, resulting in leaving one very-out-of-place construction site in the very technological, sharp, and clean business district of Niwa.

Stand in the middle of this crowded intersection and you will find yourself completely surrounded by the tall skyscrapers daunting over you. See if your ears can take in the amount of noise caused by taxi's, pedestrians, truckers, street vendors, and the occasional siren of a police car or fire truck just whizzing by. This is the city!

Despite having such an enormous underworld, Niwa is also one of the world's greatest and most innovative hospitals. Headed by the prestigious Jinsei University, the hospital which makes up for an entire community in the business district is where most of Niwa's patients end up if they are injured. The reason as to why this hospital is state of the art is simply because there is a deal with all the organized crime groups. The hospital treats their patients no-questions-asked, they somehow end up with heaps of funding every year.

Amongst all the hustle and bustle of Niwa City's business district is the calm and peaceful Shinto shrine, where many tend to crowd on days of worship. This is considered to be a holy place and there is often very little crime activity on the shrine grounds. It just happens to be one of those "unwritten rules" for the lawless to follow here in Niwa.

A safe haven of silence lays in the hustle and bustle of the Business District of Niwa in the form of a gran library. It sticks out like a sore thumb amongst all the modern Japanese building designs, showing signs of western influence in its structuring. The library itself marks itself to be centuries old, but in the past its roles were different. At some point it served as a castle, then as a fortress, then as a marketplace, a municipal building, and now finally a library.

There's always a good smell coming from this restaurant by the heart of the Downtown! Frank's beef franks are probably one of the most delicious things that'll ever grace your taste buds for all eternity!

Every night is bumping in this little night life hotspot! The Sky Lounge is a Bar/Lounge located at the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in the downtown. Conveniently located by bus stops and subway stations, this place is the place to be! Beautiful waitresses and bartenders dressed in sky blue formal wear and live DJ's all night!

If one has never seen the Tracy's Department Store in downtown Niwa, then one has never been to Niwa. In the downtown is a huge neighborhood devoted to department stores, fashion boutiques, barber shops/hairstylists, supermarkets---one can address all of his/her shopping needs in this neighborhood. Why is it called Tracy's? One department store stands out among the rest: Tracy's. Taking up approximately two and a half city blocks of the downtown, standing twenty floors above the ground and five below, Tracy's shines much brighter than any other store out there and has often been used to describe the entire shopping district downtown.

A simple term for the most complex, massive, beautiful, and lively subway/train/bus terminal in all of Niwa. This huge transportation center is one of Niwa's few true gems that shine to the whole world. Decorated with world-class art and technology, the Hub serves as the heart of all that moves for the public in Niwa. Security cameras, guards, and other secrets rest within this grand center.

What was once the artistic gem of Niwa's past is now a large clump of cheap, dirty, and nearly lawless bars, stripclubs, liquor stores, and fast food joints. Despite still being a hot spot for the night life, West Jinsei is not a place one would like to be left alone in. Countless dark alleyways and dim-lit streets weave through here...

Everything in Niwa is done bigger and better. Such is the case with the Prosperous Garden, one of the most popular Chinese restaurants in the country!

Anyone who's anyone knows Jack. Jack's bar has been one of those "hole-in-the-wall" bars in the very cluttered downtown. Most young folk tend to avoid this place, whereas the middle-aged to elderly find Jack's hoarse voice paired with his vulgar speech comforting. Also, Jack's Bar holds one of the city's worst kept secrets--and underground gambling center. Come on over, drink and have a good time, gamble a little downstairs.

Similar (if not better) to New York City's Madison Square Garden, Niwa's Fudo Center is often the main stage for all the big events ranging from Operas to Basketball games, even hosting the latest pop artist coming to town. Even the circus holds its shows in this center!

A lavish luxurious hotel stationed close to the heart of Niwa City's beautiful and lively downtown, the Goodnight Hotel takes up about half a city block and goes nearly fifty floors up and ten floors down. Most VIPs choose to stay here for the luxury suites, the five-star cooking staff, the top-rated service staff, and for the wonderful location it is in. Security is extremely tight here, making safety one of the best perks of staying here.

A relatively successful pizza shop located in Downtown in some alley owned by Nayuki Minase. Given the nature of the city, there's a no-weapons rule enforced in the restaurant, and those who cause trouble end up getting booted from the establishment using Rider Kicks. This establishment also includes a laundromat next door known as the Goodlaundry, also owned by Nayuki Minase. The whole place is practically one large Rider hangout. Parking your car in the back is at your own risk, despite it being usually empty and having enough space to fit a bullet train.

A medium-sized vehicle repair shop run by Brian Lee with equipment that can rival those in dealership service bays. It caters to a wide range of customers and machines. Located right beside the Laundry/Pizzeria owned by the Ridin' Dirty gang, it's frequented by them as that group's sole repair shop for their motorcycles.

There are plenty of places to go in the East Side of Niwa, but one area has been coined as the heart of these parts of the city. On Haven boulevard are numerous bodegas, medium-low class stores, family-owned restaurants, and bus stops, subway stations, and most of all drug trafficking.

In between the complex web of apartment lay Bakuhatsu Park. Beware coming here at night, as everyone knows that the East Side is not the best place to be. Even the police proceed with caution on the roads inside the park.

Land is for the luxurious. Come stay at these giant apartment complexes dotted across the East Side of Niwa! Many of Niwa's hard-working, underpaid, underappreciated, (illegal as well), and blue collar citizens call this place home.

Rumored to be a haunted place. This is the one and only cemetery in Niwa. It is nearly an acre big. Who owns it and who tends to it are unknown. It is always strangely deserted here but the place still remains well-maintained. Hundred of tombstones are accounted for but thousands are buried.

An old western-style bar/restaurant that rests on the ends of the East Side. To those not familiar with Niwa, this is just another sleazy bar for the common man to drown his sorrows in whereas to those who have lived in this city for more than a year, this bar is bad news. Every night consists of binge drinking along with fighting and gambling. Due to its proximity to multiple highways, the bar's clientele usually consist of regional biker gangs.

KLENE-LIFE, the prominent waste management corporation that turns Niwa's garbage into cold hard cash! At the edge of the East Side are numerous warehouses and facilities that KLENE-LIFE and other corporations use (and not-use) for whatever means. Most of these warehouses remain empty and hardly monitored, leaving them to be hot spots for illegal activity.

Despite its decaying night life appeal, the East Side still harbors some of the best entertainment in the city. The FALLEN is mainly a gothic night club that attracts some of Niwa's most interesting characters. Many come to live in the moment, but be aware that you are always being watched in this underground night club.
