Nobody wants WH79, as it is run-down, dirty, and has created a superstition all on its own. It seems as though any company that rents WH79 ends up going bankrupt within the decade. Every. Single. Company. Expect it to be completely abandoned.

Shipping Yard
Similar to Hong Kong, Niwa's place in the Pacific Ocean serves as one of the connecting ports for many ships to come through, whether they be cruises, freight, or even military ships coming by to refuel. This is the last remnant of Niwa's industrial past still thriving today. The shipping industry is quite possibly where much of Niwa's wealth had originally come from.

Industrial Yards
On the edge of Niwa's city limits on the East side are the industrial yards. Behemoths of metal erected in the past to help manufacture. Although Niwa has long since found other means of income for their economy, many of these factories still employ many of Niwa's lower class.
In the farthest corner of the industrial yard, however, many abandoned factories lie. They tell tales of what Niwa used to be.

STUFT! Inc.
One of the many factories of the popular STUFT! products, the Niwa branch produces the cute and cuddly in a city filled with crime. Mystery surrounds the factory. There are trucks that seem to go nowhere. Glimpses of strange people walk in and out. But there's nothing hiding behind the fuzzy and colorful image besides fluff, right?
