Hello, I've followed a fair few guides on how to do this, and none of them have worked for me. Every thread I've seen indicates that you just need to access the phone's Internal Storage, but I don't know how to do that. I hook up my phone to the computer using the Dash cable. It tells me its setting up the device, and then it shows up as a Multimedia Device called MTP. However, I can also see it showing up as a new drive called ONEPLUS A5000, but it's empty. If I try to drop files into it, it says I cannot copy files to that drive. My understanding is that there should be something called "Internal Storage" there, but there isn't. I don't know how else to access the internal storage in order to put the song files where I need them to go. Can anyone provide any guidance? Please help Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the Internet References: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/issues-using Animated Business Whiteboard |
