Manual or easy solution of MS Outlook Duplicate Remove:-

Outlook 2002, Outlook 2003, and Outlook 2007
First change the folder view to a table type view: - In Outlook 2002 and 2007, point on View menu -> Current View and, in Outlook 2003, point to View menu -> Arrange By -> Current View.
1. After the above step, right-click a column heading -> Field Chooser -> Select the All <item name> fields.
2. Drag the Modified field to the table heading.
3. Verify that the duplicate items have a unique date from the original set of items.
4. Select all data items, which you want to delete.
5. Press DELETE to permanently delete all selected items. ted items.
