Favorite Spielberg movies: War of the Worlds- I love this sci-fi flick. Seen it several times. Jurassic Park- I remember seeing this in the theater and being completely blown away by the effects. Jaws- Classic thriller. Close Encounters of the Third Kind- Epic flick about first contact. Schindler's List- Unforgettable movie. The scene with the little girl in the red coat gets me chocked up just thinking about it. Duel- Early Spielberg made for TV classic. Super 8- I used to make super 8 movies with my friends when I was a kid so the movie was totally relateable. |

I tried watching it a week or two ago, but they skipped over his Columbo movie and didn't say much at all about Duel. |

They did talk about Duel and how the studio wanted Spielberg to change the ending but he refused. I was surprised to learn how much TV he's done. Night Gallery etc. |
