Yeah, I watched the show. I was wondering if there would be backlash today after he persisted with the child molester jokes. I mean, tell one pedophile joke and run the risk of people/groups being outraged but use it as a prolonged bit and you're likely setting yourself up for a war. It didn't bother me, because comedians push the envelope. But I didn't find it all that funny either. EDIT: Sure enough, the headlines are all over this. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3084935/Has-Louis-CK-finally-gone-far-Outrage-controversial-comedian-spends-five-minutes-rationalizing-CHILD-MOLESTERS-bizarre-joke-SNL.html http://www.people.com/article/louis-ck-snl-controversy-child-molestation-jokes http://www.zap2it.com/blogs/louis_ck_saturday_night_live_monologue_child_molesters_racism_video-2015-05 Edited by split decision, May 17 2015, 11:10 AM.

I'm halfway through this show and Doug Stanhope is hilarious as usual. Especially the bit about boxer Jake La Motta had me almost crying with laughter. |

Chris Tucker has a new stand up special on Netflix. It's pretty dull. He's a good performer and has a lot of charisma, but most of the jokes are uninspired or drawn out too long. It's 90 minutes and I think he would have done better trimming a lot of the fat. I had a couple of laughs but they were scarce, and I didn't bother with the last 20 minutes. |

I saw that but don't have any desire to see it, I've never really liked him as a stand-up guy. He is ok in movies, but even those have gotten worse and worse. |
