Anyone have an easy how to on how to make a very basis site? I'm wanting to start a website for a coaching side gig i want to start - but am having a lot of difficulty taking the first step (mainly because this is totally out of my league). I've inquired about hiring someone to just do the whole thing for me - but it's murderously expensive to do so. Any advice? |

Website building sites seem to be affordable, decent, and reputable. I've been interested in building a site using the tools one offers, but I haven't yet, so I'd be interested in hearing anything if anyone has used one. |

I'm slightly familiar with godaddy. I haven't used much of the web design software, but i've seen it used and used other godaddy services. Pretty simple, and VERY affordable. Probably well under $100 for everything you'll really need. |

Considering that's about 1/20th of what I was quoted - that seems pretty legit to me. ![]() Do you need to have any techsavvy knowledge to do it? Because I have NONE of that. |

you'll need some. You don't have to be a wiz or anything. My 70 year old aunt has designed several sites through there. Also, I've dealt with their customer service a few times and they've always been amazingly easy to deal with. Check retailmenot.com for coupon codes and it'll be even cheaper. I say go for it. If you fuck it up, you won't be out very much. |

I know there's better software available than godaddy. Lemme look into it. |

I'm not needing anything huge on it - but I am needing it to look clean enough that when people go to it they don't say "WTF this is a mess - why would I have this asshole coach me?" |

I actually have two clients already who are doing quite well, thanks. I'm only an asshole on this message board - I've said that many times. Although Tallica unfriended me on facebook - so I'm assuming that has something to do with you being a bad influence on him. |

not surprising that Judas would do something like that. And they're not family or friends. Seriously, Best80s, you're literally the only person in this world I'm an asshole to (rosie and nate don't count as people) |

I thought you were fucking around, but you really aren't on my friends list. I mean I was going to if you suggested one more page for me to like. ![]() Seriously though, I didn't, so i'm assuming you did. |
