And replaced it with a 2014 Scion XB.

It looks like this:

and a rear spoiler.

A couple of years ago I bought a new KIA Soul for my wife. More than a dozen warranty issues later I finally said "fuck this" and traded the turkey in. We considered a Toyota Corolla but it had sluggish acceleration. The Honda Civic wasn't much better so we settled on the Scion which has good performance and ridiculous interior space for a small car.

I'll never go Korean again. Sorry DHK.

Just literally the very last car I ever imagined you driving.

That said, I could have you pegged all wrong.

Personally - I like it. But I also liked the Honda Element.

Lol. Actually it's my wife's car. I drive a Mazda 3. Styling-wise, the Scion isn't my cup of tea but it is practical.

A buddy of mine drives an older XB. Actually pretty good reliable cars from his accou t and other I've heard. He's got over 200k miles on his and has had to do very minimal repairs. Almost all of those miles are in town as well. He picked up a 2013 XBa while back because his other (still uses for work) is still going strong.

In a dramatic twist of irony - my wife actually wanted a scion (not this one - but the teeny tiny one) and she settled on a Mazda 3 (basically a reverse Werewolf).

Then she had a kid and decided she needed no less than 7 seats so we got an Enclave :(

Completely. The backseat is massive and there is headroom to spare. It also has a 158 hp Camry engine which gives it decent power, unlike many other small car options.
