I SHOULD BE A MOD
|
The gunman who opened fire Friday at Washington state's Marysville-Pilchuck High School has been identified as freshman Jaylen Fryberg, fellow students, including eyewitnesses, told CNN. Fryberg was announced as the high school's freshman homecoming king on October 17, according to YouTube video of the ceremony and accounts from students to CNN. Fryberg's multiple social media accounts depict him frequently hunting, and using rifles. His social media accounts say he was a Native American and a member of the Tulalip tribe. http://www.cnn.com/2014/10/24/us/washington-school-shooting/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 |

If only every child was armed, such a tragedy would never occur! |

Story would have been so much better if he rode a horse to school with a bow and arrow |

Looks like being named home coming king really pissed him off. Or did he shoot those who didn't vote for him? Too bad an armed teacher or administrator wasn't there to protect the teens. Edited by Cbear, Oct 24 2014, 05:33 PM.

Maybe they promised him homecoming king, and then pulled it away to give what was promised to a white man. |

On a serious note, sounds like he hunted down certain people. A head shot while "staring them down" is very personal and not random firing into a crowd. This guy was settling a score with extreme prejudice. Was the home coming king a joke election to mess with him? Was he bullied? Ususally the popular guy isnt the one who snaps. There is alot more to this story I suspect.

I've seen some stuff suggesting that it had to do with a girl, and he targeted her and the other guy in the equation or something like that. Do know if there is any truth to that. He was reportedly popular but had just got off suspension for a fight, so this could be more about some kind of personal vendetta and not the typical social outcast or whatever. |

Yup, latest says he was upset over a breakup and was tweeting some stuff prior. The nature of the shooting sure sounded like a targeted shooting and as I said, before head/face shots are a very personal thing. At least that's what they said on csi or some serial killer movie that I don't remember anymore. Edited by Cbear, Oct 24 2014, 09:30 PM.
