Does anyone know any snacks that are fat free but have carbohydrates? Here are some criteria (in no particular order): 1. Can last in a "stuffy" conditions (it's going to be in backpack or lunchbag) 2. Can last for a while (one or two weeks) 3. Is "Filling" 4. Has Carbohydrates 5. Fat Free Thanks for any useful information I may receive! |

a pound of gummy worms The issue you're going to find is that anything that's "fat free" will also be sugar packed - which basically equates to "fat filled" |

If you have to choose between Strong's response and BD's, I'd go with Bulldog's. |

Why fat FREE? What's this for? If it doesn't have to be fat free you can go with all kinds of healthy snack options that don't have trans fats. |

Oh, you don't have to worry, I'm not going to eating this stuff all day every day. I've learned that, if I can control the intake of the carbs, I gain less weight from carbs. However, if I indulge, though, well, yeah, I get fat from it AND I get hyperglycemic.
I realized I gain more weight if I straight up just eat something with fat, especially saturated fats. I realized when I was eating some M&M's to keep my sugar levels up. I stopped and ate some Rice Krispie's bars instead, and I gained less weight from that. Edited by HugeMMAFan, Oct 20 2014, 12:59 PM.

Wouldn't you rather want higher fat with lower amounts of sugar? |

For a while, yes, that was working! But I've keep it so good of range, my sugar levels have become much better, while my weight loss has... slowed. In others, my problem isn't eating too much sugars anymore. Now, I'm not going to eating this everyday. Just occasional bites. |

You've done the LCHF diet? I'm on it now and it's worked wonders for me since the beginning of September. |
