So it's served at room temp? I would definitely try it but seems like it would be better heated. |

Peppercorn steak at The Keg Steakhouse. Absolutely stunning! My wife had a Blue Cheese steak that she could've had sex with. It was that freakin' yummy! We talk about those steaks like a couple of junkies reminiscing about their first fix. Sick but true. |

My Mom's Sweadish meatballs & homemade mashed potatoes is the best food ever. It took one bite to become one of my wife's favorite's as well. Meatballs are incredibly tender, like minature meatloaf nuggets and the gravy they cook in is so rich and so velvety that serving it all over mashed potatoes to get the perfect bite is borderline euphoric. |

Dad was a great cook; mom could only cook pot roast, nothing else. |

I had delicious Mexican food at this really great restaurant when I went to Arizona like 6 or 7 years ago. Sadly don't remember what it was called. A few months back I had this $30 poutine from Lakeview Diner in Toronto. It was 2/3 potato fries, 1/3 sweet potato fries, and it had smoked meat, pulled pork, and a bunch of other stuff on it. Was pretty delicious. |

Oh, no. It's heated. Here is the chef prepping it (and other stuff) for Bourdain. Meal starts at 4:30 mark. Edited by Onion, Aug 26 2014, 09:41 PM.

Due to location, Arizona Mexican food might be the style of Northern desert Mexico, Tex-Mex, Indian or a mish mash. If it was doused with green or red chili sauce, thats the influence of New Mexicos Indians. Lots of interesting food in the Southwest, melding of indiginous cultures and such. |

Video is not "available in your country". In the other clip the waiter opened the can with his bare hands and I didn't see any steam come out of the can so I figured it wasn't heated. Still sounds great. |

Duck is great. Fois gras is great. Confit is great. Shit parboiled in a tin can is dog food. |
