Hello merlin, If you're using Internet Explorer : choose Tools, then Internet Options, click the Privacy tab and set to medium or medium-high. Do you have a firewall or any other security software which has been set to block cookies? This could be a cause. Set the Internet Zone : open IE >> tools >> security >> highlight Internet zone to default. Refresh and try again. Regards, |
