 To make your student, this is the form you will need to use:

For the house, you must pick from Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff.

For the year, you must pick a year from 1-7.

For the personality, 3 sentences, at least, are needed.
For the history, 3 sentences, at least, are needed.

For your pet species, it can be an owl, a frog, a rat, a cat, a snake, etc. Any question about pets should be PM'ed to an admin.

For any of the looks [human or pet] you may have a picture.
