Scrumptious Smoky Beef Ribs 5 pounds beef ribs 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke 4 Tablespoons honey 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper 1 cup of your favorite barbeque sauce Turn crock pot on to high. Spray inside of crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Cut ribs to fit in crock pot Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and honey over ribs. Season with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Pour barbeque sauce over mixture. Place foil between lid and pot to make sure no steam escapes. Cook on high for 1 hour and reduce setting to low and cook an additional 4 hours. |
