stars shining bright above you
night breezes seem to whisper, "i love you."
birds singing in the sycamore tree
dream a little dream of me.

First verse of Dream A Little Dream, by Dean Martin

MYNAMEIS : Robin Daniel McAllister and Aisling Iseult McAllister

SPECIES : Shapeshifter (werewolf)

MYTWIN : Chace Crawford, Kirsten Dunst
HOWTALL : 6' Even
IWEIGH : 147 lbs
MYHAIR : Shaggy, dirty blond and medium length
MYEYES : Gorgeous blue, piercing. On par with lapis lazuli
THEFACE : Very Roman in facial structure. Robin's bone structure is generally very square and powerful. His jaw is strong and masculine, his cheeks high and sharp. Cherry lips make his face a little softer, whereas those intense eyes ad a predatory fierceness. In general very structured, straight and rigid. At least, until he smiles.
THEBODY : Everything a proper man should be. Lean, yet full of strength. Muscular without looking like...Well, like Emmet. Like his face, Robin's boddy is chiseled and gorgeous. The kind of body that makes a girl wonder if he tastes as good as he looks.
SPECIAL : His eyes. Such a vivid blue....

ILOVE : freshly mowed grass- smells of competition; football- keeps him active; horses- he just loves watching them move. so much power...; green- it's just such a beautiful color; the sun- life giving warmth
IHATE : snakes- ick; spiders- completely disgusting; bats-freaky as all get-out; so-called psycics- make money from peoples' weakness; people that would judge a book by its cover
DONTTELL : Was a major geek in high school and still is, has a love for anime, and is very sensitive to falling love-struck
SCAREDOF : Heights, meeting a girl that might actually be perfect for him (imprinting), rejection
WANTTO : Make friends with a vampire, meet someone who's at least almost as crazy as he is
GOODSTUFF : Agile, super-werewolf reflexes, and a great strategist
BADSTUFF : Soft spot for the ladies, stubborn, easily hurt (mentally, not physically)
ABOUTME :

Robin is a real softie. In high school he was the football player that was picked on by his teammates for 'confering with the enemy'. The enemy, of course, was the Nerds and Geeks. He's a true southern gentleman, and always will be. Finding out he was a werewolf didn't change that. He was taught how to treat women by his mother, and the lesson stayed. He's polite, genteel, soft-spoken (most of the time) and very sweet.

It was all in his raising. Besides the influence of his mother, there was the two older sisters. Together they showed him the side of the woman that he would never have learned otherwise. He knows girls a lot better than most do, including the stuff they'd rather not have one on the other side know. All of this makes him a very charming man, now that he has the looks to match his top-notch personality. Finally, he can make up for the geeky, awkward, shy part of him.

Robin really is a ladies' man, though. When he's around people he feels he can relax around he's a serious flirt. He's got all the right moves, and the background knowledge on how to use them. However, he's not a player, and is only trying to test the waters. Some think he's a bit of a player, and cast him aside without getting to know the sweet, shy, gooey werewolf under the hunk.

BORNIN : Savannah, Georgia
LIVINGIN : Forks, Washington
MOMMY : Adwen Callister: He loves his mother. Just like every other southern boy, Robby loves his momma.
DADDY : Daren Callister: For his father Robin felt respect, and pride. There was occasional tension, but that's to be expected. They were close.
THESIBLINGS : Eirwen: Robin's oldest sister, and his best friend. She helped him through the akward days when he didn't know what to do with the girls beating down the door.
Guinevere: Second oldest sister, and shared in Eirwen's role. He was very close to his sister.
Aisling: Robin's youngest sibling, his younger sister. His baby, and protege. He loves her like a good big brother, and protected her even when she didn't need it.
THEKIDS : None
IMPORTANTPEEPS : His sisters! He still stays in contact with them, of course. (only Aisling will become a character, to show their closeness.)
OTHERHALF : None (yet? can be a human, werewolf, or vampire. he's not picky.)
THEPETS : none
GOODMEMORY : The one thing that will remain forever in Robin's heart and mind. It was his little sister's senior prom. She looked so beautiful, standing there with her date. Of course, Robin had done a complete background check on the kid. How else could he keep little Aisling safe? He was standing next to the guy, dwarfing him by a ridiculous amount, watching her come down the stairs. It was like he was watching her step from her akward teen years to metamorphose into the beautiful woman she was meant to be. The memory always brings tears to Robin's eyes.

BADMEMORY : He'd been with his little sister. Aisling was watching him and talking, which she loved to do. Then he felt it, that sick feeling like something was trying to crawl out of his skin. Then pain. So much of it, it was unbearable. He'd been sixteen for only a week. He told Aisling to go inside, but she refused to leave. Such a stubborn girl. They'd always shared that little fault. Robin didn't know what was happening, but it hurt, and it was instinct that told him that Aisling shouldn't be around. He begged her, pain taking over his voice. She was worried, though, and wouldn't abandon his side. The most she would do was back up, and even then only ten feet. That was her limit.

As he began to change that first time it was like fire. It was slow, and drawn out. As if it wasn't bad enough to be turning into a monster. Robin was on the ground, writhing as his body shifted; his insides were changing. But none of this could compare to Aisling's face. Horror, disgust, fear, and worry all at the same time. This was the most painful part of the memory; the part that made it so hard to endure. If only she'd listened.

I take a moment to register where I am. This always happens out on the road. I'll wake up displaced, not remembering clearly where I'd stopped the night before. I know I'm in my truck with Aisling. She refused to be left behind. I didn't deny her this. After all, she was like me. Noone else in the family had undergone the excruciatingly painful change. I know we're on our way to a city in Washington, where we heard about a tribe of Native Americans that claimed ancestry to wolves. This might be a connection. Maybe they....maybe there are more like us here. After a moment I pick up on where we'd stopped last night. We were here. We'd stayed in the forest, not wanting to draw attention to ourselves.

Momma and Pops had left us with a fair bit of cash in a bank account. Enough to find a place to stay and support the both of us for a while. It would go even further since all we needed to pay for was clothing, electricity and water. We could hunt for food; no need for groceries. We could last a year or two. But I want a job. A way to keep occupied while I searched for others of my kind. I can only hope I find them.

Aisling wakes up beside me. I can tell from the little cough she makes, her little signal. I smile, looking at her for a moment. She's already wide awake. It's kind of disconcerting. Always she'll wake up alert and ready to move. That kind of brain function takes me at list ten minutes after waking to achieve. She gives me a smile back, her blue-green eyes sparkling away. I hope she finds a nice werewolf here. Or a nice guy, period. She shouldn't be alone. I can't take care of her for the rest of her life, much as I'd like to.

We nod to each other, and I start the engine. I navigate the way back to the main road, and to the place we'd heard about these people. La Push Quileute Indian Reservation. It doesn't take long to get to the boundary. I can smell the difference. Aisling Quietly points out a little store, definately owned by own of the people on the reservation. I step out of the truck, followed by Aisling. She's quite. This isn't normal. It means something's going on up there that she doesn't feeling like voicing. Bad news for me.
