Hi, Apparently this problem isn't new, but I couldn't find a solution to it. PSANHost.exe is using 25% of my CPU all the time. And when I try to open Windows Explorer, it takes 32 seconds for the window to appear. The only solution I found was to uninstall and reinstall Panda, which at first seemed to work, but now it's back to doing the same thing. Trying to be proactive, I ran PCOPinfo.exe, but it's still "collecting data" for over 45 minutes now. If I stop the antivirus, PSANHost.exe goes up to 38%. If I start it again, it stays at 38%. When the antivirus is stopped, Windows Explorer opens instantly. I recently recommended Panda to two friends, and they both are experiencing similar problems. Both are on Windows 7 x64. I'm on 7 x64, Intel i7-3770 16G Ram, C: is a SSD. Panda Free 16.1.2 If I can get PCOPinfo.exe to work I'll post the results. Thanks I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
