Username: seireitei Real Name: Logan Age: 19 Gender: Male Grade: Freshman (College) Picture: (have to get a new one since my other computer died e.e) MSN Address: naseireitei@hotmail.com Current Clan: Kagirinai History on Naruto-Arena: I personally don’t think I was that well known or anything… Maybe other people thought I was, I dunno. Some people know when they’re popular, but I’m not one of those people that recognize their own stardom until I look at my msn list e.e. I would say that even though my time there was short, I was one of the few, the proud, the person that had got on the Top 10 Streak List of N-A. I’ve been in some pretty awesome clans. I was one of the earlier Hebi Members, I was in Hiryuu-Indou, Kusanagi, and now I’m here to support Kagirinrai. Hebi History Hebi, in the order of clans that i have been in, is first on the list. It was my first clan ever ^_^. I always thought the notion of joining a clan was quite childish, because i don't know if you remember or not, but back before the forums, you always saw those lamers left and right spamming up the comment sections saying to join this clan and that clan. So because it looked like a bunch of n00bs looking to make friends with other n00bs, I tried as hard as I could to not be picked up on anyones "clan radar" lol. Once the forums came out, it was a whole new realm. I always thought of myself as an intellectual type, so when i saw there was a section on fhe forums for Custom Characters, I got an excited feeling that I don't think I had ever really felt before. (Unfortunately, Custom Characters don't get nearly the same amount of attention as GFX, Clans, or Tournaments, so that's why I would say that I wasn't really well known, although I was an above average player in my own opinion.) While creating and posting my multitude of custom characters ranging, from Bleach, to Sailor Moon, to different Naruto characters, a member of Hebi always seemed to take interest in my work and gave honest reasonable critiques. This member was recognizable to me by his avatar containing Temari's summon: Kirikiri Mai, and that member, was Skifblade. Now between the time all chat was done in the comments sections and the creation of the naruto-arena forums, clans became more 'organized' and once the boards were actually in place, clans were getting around to creating amazing GFX and were actually starting to (by me at least) be recognizeable as something worthwhile to join. So just because Skifblade was always hanging around the custom character area and always critiqued my characters, i became interested in how skilled of a naruto-arena player he was. Fortunately by that time the admins had implemented the Private Battle system. Once I battled Skifblade, i thought that he had amazing team building strategies, and used character combinations that i hadn't even thought of using. Interested in joining from what I felt were good clan graphics, and what potentially was a star clan, I asked Skifblade about entry into Hebi. I was redirected to the old proboards Hebi site. From there, my tester turned out to be Pearz. I had never heard of her before, and felt that it would be simple to come out victorious. Pearz ended up decimating my teams and thought "there's no way there can really be people 'this' good out there! Man, now i really hope i get in. With people this good, Hebi has got to be an awesome clan" I was shocked to say the least though, that Pearz opened up some whoop-ass on me. (I was currently in a phase where I felt like I was unstoppable with teams like Kidoumaru, Tsunade, and Kurenai, -or- the ever cheap drain team of Kabuto, Hinata, and Shino) Battling Pearz opened my eyes to see that there were team combinations far more powerful than perm-stun or perm-drain teams. Fortunately enough, I was accepted into Hebi and got to know most of the members really well. People like Waves, Ayumi-chan, Linkhero, Pearz, Skifblade, etc. etc. (the list could go on, but i don't have that good of a memory and can't list all of the old members from back then xD) Through my performance in clan wars, clan ladder, and just general friendships, I was offered the position of a Squad Captain when some other members left to go join Hiryuu-Indou. Shortly after this, the new forums that Link and others worked so hard to create was released and we were all 'moved' over to that site. I would have to say that as a chatbox moderator, one of the funniest things I ever did, was a thing called Kick-counting which was basically to kick someone with the reasoning of whatever number of kicks that would be. This was basically something I only used on people like Milkrules (**gags in mouth just thinking about that pest**), or other 'spammers' or banned persons, and was used to show them that nomatter how many times they come back, that they were not welcome, and would not be allowed in the conversation. Eventually, I felt like the clan was getting a little crowded with some people that really didn't need to be in the clan, and a huge disagreement with (faggot)Leomasters. I was getting a little bored with naruto-arena anyways at the time, and felt it was time to leave the clan and focus on other things in real life, thus, I left the clan. Although this doesn't fit the timeline of my clan history, i did come to rejoin Hebi about a month or so before the clan ultimately disbanded due to certain leaders abandoning the clan and leaving the main leader(my <3) to rot. Hiryuu-Indou History Shortly after I left Hebi, i started wondering what i was going to do without a clan when I would log on to naruto-boards. I didn't want to be stopping by Hebi's site all the time right after I left (that might be really awkward). So I started talking to Skifblade about how Hiryuu-Indou was doing, and whether or not they were still letting people into the clan. I didn't really know anybody there except for Skifblade, but I figured making new bonds with people was a good thing too, so if they were willing to let me in, it would be a good experience and i'd meet more online friends. To say the least, Hiryuu-Indou had an oddball setup from my view (things like jewels, and all the other weird names for stuff they had made me almost laugh... haha?) I applied to be a part of the Destiny Jewel(realm) which dealt with things like spiritual fortunetelling (tarot, and other 'destiny' related things). I managed to get in on my knowledge of tarot cards, although to be honest, the whole time that I would be getting quizzed on it by Indigo, I was cheating and looked at all the information while he asked me about it. I probably speant about 2 hours for 3-4 nights just talking to Indigo on MSN over tarot cards X_X. I eventually was given the position of dragoon (which would be equivalent to the #3 ranked person in the 'squad'). By this time, it seemed as if many and almost all people in the clan were starting to quit left and right, and there weren't many exceptional members. In my mind, "I just joined this clan and it's falling apart! I wanted some stability in a clan and with so many members just bailing (including leaders), i don't think this clan is going to hold together much longer." So shortly after that, I decided of my own accord to quit the clan, and thought that it would give me a good opportunity to start a clan and give it my best shot at being a clan leader instead of just a member. Pulsating Truth's Core History Once I left Hiryuu-Indou, I decided that if I was going to create a clan, that I was going to need some sort of theme to make it attractive. There were so many clans by this time, and so many of them were repetitive of things like "akatsuki this" or "anbu that". Anything that could and would have been original, was so unoriginal now, that i needed to use a theme that nobody else was using. Thus, i started a .hack//sign clan. Each 'squad' was called a server, and each server was divided based on how strong it's members are with an opportunity to move up/down in the clan based on what server you were in. My aquad captains of each server were called system admins. I couldn't find anyone to do GFX so i basically did everything GFX related. I got about 5 members in about a month, and decided that nobody seemed to take interest in my clan and i knew for a fact that sooner or later, my clan was bound to die of inactivity. **OH** I just have to say for the record, PTC (Pulsating Truth's Core, a.k.a. Netslum [to all the .hackers out there]) was the very first clan to use the Triquetra as a clan symbol. ![]() Kusanagi History So once i realized that my clan was going nowhere and that i was going to need a clan again, I decided that the fastest way to do so was to get high winstreak, since many clanse had a winstreak option for entry into a clan. I managed to come up with an exceptional team that got me a +43 streak. With this, I decided upon Kusanagi, which had been a prominant clan before it's disbanding. I figured that a revival of Kusanagi wouldn't be a bad choice since it was apparently being revived by many members of the original one who wanted to continue it. My long time friend Mrshadow was also the main GFXer for Kusanagi and was making very dominant player cards, and signatures. I figured that I already had a good base of friends in the clan and that it would be a smooth transition into the clan. Shortly after my membership into Kusanagi, there seemed to be some inner turmoil between members about Santanna wanting to just quit naruto-arena. It caused a large panic for some general members, and made a few of its co-leaders angry. He ultimately stayed in the end, but I believe that this incident left a big chip on the clans shoulder. Around this time is when the admins of naruto-arena started to get really lazy and not do any worthwhile updates. Because it seemed like it was almost a month in-between updates (which i checked, and it really is just about a month every time), i got so bored with n-a that i simply stopped getting online. A lot happened between the time I quit playing and apparently many of the leaders of Kusanagi left due to criticism from a few members, and one of the co-leaders. With a clan, again on the brink of calamity from members quitting left and right, I felt I should start looking for a new home again. I figured that I would always be welcome in Hebi, so i talked to waves, and H4rry about rejoining. The rest as they say is history. Hobbies, Activities, Jobs, etc : I am a huge tennis star. I may be pudgy, but I’ll whoop your ace in tennis. I’m kind of wrapped up in school, getting my degree as a medical assistant so I don’t really have a lot of free time to go out and do other stuff, which is why I’m such an online junkie xD. Um, also I work at McDonald’s. And honestly, don’t diss it. McDonald’s is the best place to work ever (except for the customers ^_^;). Anything else: Sarcasm is my thing. So since it is hard to convey sarcasm online, don’t take everything I say too personally. -Oh- I hope mine is now the longest =P Edited by seireitei, Feb 21 2008, 12:18 AM.

The reason mine isn't longer is cuz of Ac-R. Half the people in that clan wouldn't read anything if it was really long, so you get used to making things short and sweet and to the point. |
