I cant believe how easy it is now for me to just throw one pile of food in the feeder and one giant drinker than to service 6 pigeon cages and two runs. What a pain that was. So I was so pleased to have them in their, but I do miss seeing them visually. I cant wait till the weather is better to get the plastic off the front mesh window and or putting in the landing trap so I can see them better. I may even cut another hole in the bottom of the barn door for venting or mesh door for sun and so I can see them, I hate not being able to just look out the window and not see them. |

Oh yeah, it's so easy. I have a few bowls in the aviary so there's no fighting. Also have a feeding trough for the chickens and several water bowls to keep anyone from fighting. Takes just a few minutes each morning. I love it. |

No Dot is the dealthy ill one. The Jacobin is on meds cuz he was sneezing and really went off his feed, but now is doing great and the third is the grizzled hen that seemed stressed by the male so I took him out and let her recover and strengthen up on her own. So far so good. |

Yeah, I too would like to know how it is going. Are they okay even though it's cold out. How is the cleanup -- are you using straw or sawdust? |
