http://imageshack.us/clip/my-videos/851/file17364.mp4/ Ok see if u can see this video of my Norwich canary. It happened all of a sudden????? She has been like this for 2 days now, constantly in motion, head down and spinning. I have no clue what the heck happened. Wondering if a night Ruhr caused some brain damage. Very bizarre. I feel bad for her, I don't think she stops once during the day at all. She perches at nite but withnher head down on the perch. ?????? I can't find any info at all online. O kmow she can see as I watch her and I havenseen her eat. I put water on the floor for her as well. I'm simply stumped. Edited by Crazy Bird Lady, Aug 2 2011, 11:29 PM.

In the video it seems her head is to one side or is that just how it appears. I have no idea. No injury, could it been from a slight stroke? |

Her head is centre and facing down all the time, and she won't stop moving. I say possible brain injury. No poop problems, no anything accept this frantic hopping and face down posture. |

That's kind of like what Peckerhead was like. Spinning, head down, etc. I wonder if she had a stroke like you said? |

Maryann...I've been looking, looking, looking on the net. I can't find anything about what your canary is doing. I can't imagine....is he still doing it? Maybe he should be insolated and covered for awhile. |

"Percy the bird smashed his head against the cage and was now walking in circles on the floor and squawking. Eventually, he lay still, but didn't move for days" This is the closest I can find. They DID have couple of nite frights, and I am betting this bird hit her head. |
