Well since I have moved the norwich out of the big flight into breeding cages and also the zebbies got separated as they are too flighty and I dont want them freakin out the goudians, it only had like 9 gouldians and one canary in it.

In a smaller cage/flight, I had 19 budgies. lol. After doing the math, I switched the budgies into the flight and put the gouldians in the smaller flight. Poor budgies, they are LOVIN it.

They must think they are outside in the sun right now in the big flight lol. I found that the gouldians only used the top two or 3 perches anyway and the norwich like to be lower, so when all in, it was ok. But since I plan to keep the zebbies separate. It was a better deal for the budgies.

I think the gouldians feel better in the smaller flight with greenery anyway. :)

I just now separated ALL the males and females in the flights now. As I saw Romeo the opaline green male split for blue fussing up my pied hen that I want to breed with the dfdom pied cock. So OUT he went lol.

Well I only left two hens with the cocks. Ones that seem to be not perfect or in breeding condition. They had gone light almost a year ago, but not fatally light. Just not 100% themselves. So the flight that is the warmest is the males and the hens will stay there to keep warm. Its the one right over the baseboard heater.
