Ya and thats me feeding them all the time and him only getting them now and then, its like he cant help himself when he sees them gaping. Even his mate gave a mouthful or two. I know when they will fledge and harass them and me, he may also feed still.

Well my bubs are growing well. But just this afternoon, I am worried about one of them, seems "tired". They are all gaping but he/she seems a little sleepy eyed, so I am starting antibiotics to be safe. Just for the one, number 3. I banded them, and the numbers are 1901,2,3. So for now I will refer to them as that till I decide on the names. One will be called Prime. I may name the others Switch and Juggles remember. Cross ur fingers that the one does not get sicker.

Ohhhhh Maryann...they are just wonderful!!! :) That must be a good feeling raising them up. I hope and pray your little sick one gets better. What will they look like? They look to have a lot of green.

Vi, they will have a DARK violet purple breast and yellow/orange heads like dad and mom. They are normal greenbacks as far as I know. They are very sweet and unafraid and sucky. The one bub already seems a chunk better after his injection and some rest. He was gaping along with the rest and ate well. So I am hopeful. I have him on a course of amoxitex for a few days to help him along and I have re introduced the Hagen vit supplement into his feed.

Ha.. times like right now that I wish we were neighbors and could just pop over and see one another...that would be fun.

PASS !!! I just realized something NOW, check out these pics of the bubs??? Notice anything DIFFERENT on one. One breast is lighter than the other two, what does that mean? Also, the beard area looks bluish???Is something split to white breast or blue??? CAN u be split white, I thought white was dominant, help me out here??? What is it :)
