Well this is the cleanest my bird room floor has been since it was tiled. I used a sharp butcher knife and the magic eraser along with a micro fibre cloth and WOW, like NEW. I also hung a shower curtain behind the flight as it was tolalling the wall with bird shit. Have to do behind the canary flight next. But enough for one day.

With your number of birds it must be a constant job, as soon as one part is done its time to start another. With the wood floor all the bird seed shows, yesterday I cleaned every area and this morning looks the same. I just do it daily and have learned to say sorry about the mess when someone stops in. lol |

No, I hate using things with cords, pain in my ass. I am all about old school. Hands and knees and lickity split done before u can warm up the steam mop I am trying to figure out how I can keep the seeds on the floor of the cages instead of hanging on the sides. So messy with the husks flying around drives me nuts. I need to figure out a set up that the birds can eat and not shit in the seed cups I may just put seed down twice a day, all you can eat and then remove it. Im gonna think about it tho. |

Ha Nat, it is just a 10 x 10 dining area that I blocked off with plastic. But it certainly keeps that dust down. Finally
