BAD DUCK!!! SILLY DUCK!!! I went for a run today (need to expend some energy). Came home, relaxed a few minutes and then went to take a bath -- wanted to soak real good. What my normal routine is I take my clean clothes into the bathroom with me and get dressed there. I lay them on the counter. I heard Ducky come in and climb up on the door to the cabinet -- he can then climb up on the counter if he wishes but he never does. He hangs out on the cabinet door or the drawer. He always does that and just chatters to himself. If I'm in there too long, he'll eventually leave, maybe come back -- but it's his normal routine. If he leaves, he's usually outside the bathroom door waiting for me. I always know to look before stepping out. Anyway, I got out of the tub, dried off and went to get dressed. Well, a piece of my clothing was no where to be found. I didn't think anything of it -- I just figured I forgot to bring it in with me so I just went to my bedroom to finish dressing. Well, turns out I didn't forget it. It was on the living room floor. He stole it and dragged it into the living room. I can't even begin to imagine why he would steal a piece of my clothing and drag it to the living room. Edited by Tishrei, Feb 8 2010, 04:01 AM.

Well...I think Ducky gets bored waiting for ma ma. What did you do or say after you found it? He loves you so much .... such a lucky Ducky. Makes life more interesting doesn't it? Ducky thinks: "Who says we have to do the same thing over and over again?" "Lets try something new!" Gosh I don't know where I would be without my critters.

well, it wasn't all the way into the living room but outside the hallway a little bit on the way to the middle of the living room. Now that I'm thinking about it, I think he was just playing around and it got caught on him so when he climbed down and walked away, it was kind of stuck to him. He's never done that before so I think that's probably what happened. |

Whatever....ha ha...he can probably be a pain sometimes but he sure sounds cute. Your posts about "Ducky" always make me laugh and smile. And thats a "good thing!" Are you still really, really busy at work? |

Yeah, I'm still way too busy. (deleted some stuff -- I was venting and it was boring) Ducky and the other critters keep me sane. I couldn't stand it if I didn't have them to make me laugh and annoy me. Edited by Tishrei, Feb 8 2010, 06:46 AM.

Somehow they know when they have pushed you to the limit and then they put on the charm, who can resist |
