With all the Tweety information, now I definitely want to track Cappones weight. What exactly type of scale and how the heck do you keep him on. With Cappone I would have to use reverse psychology and say NO do not go on scale. lol Really how to you get them to stay on. |

I use digital kitchen scales but I cheat lol with the lorries I put a peice of apple on the scales then set it a zero , Chopper is the only problem he likes the buttons on the scales for the avairy birds I have a container that I have a slide lid on it fits on the scales, put the bird in and its done slid the lid back and most of them give me a look to say are you done |

I have a tiny digital scale i got from the source aka radio shack. I put a T perch that I clued together and put that on the scale and set to zero/tare. And just drop the bird on the perch Much easier than trying to get the food thing going. Otherwise they are moving all the time and the scale may not set. Cathy I will email u a pic of the rig I have and if you would be so kind as to post it for all :). |
