JUICED was first established in early April as a closed community; meaning that registrations were only allowed for 24 hours once a month. The idea worked surprisingly well, though it tried up after a few months and we ultimately decided to open the community for good. After another few months and a unsuccessful merge, we're back, and this time, we're here to stay! So.. if you're employed currently.. Is there someone at your job site who you don't get along with? And also, if the person is assigned a job you want to do, but the person has to train you, would you do it? Or if you got the job and they got added later on. How do you deal with people you dislike? |

Well...because I am too young to have a job anyways, I dont know much about this. But I do know about needing to coopererate with people I dont necessarily get along with. First, there must be a reason you dont like them. So establish that, and tell someone about it. Perhaps a close, trust-worthy friend or relative. Maybe your employer. Someone can help. :) |

Sad thing is, I'm too afraid the employer would tell that person who it is. There's a real rude co-manager at my work who I think should be reported. He's only mean to me and no one else. |

...so its like a double standard, which is another topic here? What a coincidence... Hmm...then dont tell the employer quite yet. Try to figure out some examples of this behavior, and share them with someone you trust. I'm even open to it if you want, PM me if you feel you want to. ;) Is there a way you can report him? |

Mmm...then report him anonymously, if you can. That way they wont know its you, so they cant pick on you or anything. |

I think every body has to work with someone they don't like at one time or another. It has to be done in order for things to function. If the person isn't being at least civil to you for no reason at all then you can either ignore or report it. |
