Welcome to JUICED - a general chat community that focuses on providing an enjoyable place to visit and participate in. JUICED was first established in early April as a closed community; meaning that registrations were only allowed for 24 hours once a month. The idea worked surprisingly well, though it tried up after a few months and we ultimately decided to open the community for good. After another few months and a unsuccessful merge, we're back, and this time, we're here to stay!

What do you think is the average age kids should start dating?

I bring this up because my sister.. an 11 year old 5th grader is asking boys out and giving them her number.

I honestly don't think people should start dating until they reach high school and some even beyond that. The media is sending the wrong message to the wrong age group.

I think they should start dating when they actually know what to do in a date, what to not do in a date and they should already know their limits and to act a bit mature in front of a guy/girl he/she likes :)

Don't **** when you're 14. There's a great number of people in my school who should have listened to that rule, and now they're 16 and STILL ****ING

So true. Those are usually the people who fail in life also. I don't see what the big deal is, why do people even need a steady girl/boyfriend? Why not just go have fun with whoever (NOT SEX NOOBS) why does it have to be such a serious topic? Can't people just go out on the town and have fun with their friends regardless of what other people think?

You can only learn what to do and not what to do in a date by experience. Nothing will prepare you for a date for the first time. That being said, I say around about senior years at High School and up are the best time for dating. Almost graduated from High School and you got your work out of the way almost.

Study comes first before dating, after that is all said and done, then you can probably start dating.

I don't think someone could study as much as they can't date or go on a date once in a while. I don't think studying has anything to do with it.

well ok yes you can date and study at the same time but you can't put dating above studying. If it is going to get in the way of an assignment then MAYBE you should consider the assignment because you can go on a date at anytime but you only have so much time to complete the assignment which will help you in your success in the future.

I do agree with you, but depends on the age. If they are older and soon (about 3 years) finishing school, then yeah, Study should come first. But other than that, the need to experiment because once they hit the real world, people will be in for a surprise.

to Middle schoolers dating is saying that you and someone are going out, a hug and possibly a kiss. To highschoolers going out is PDA's freaken everywhere around school.

Not many actually date.

Some do
