Welcome to JUICED - a general chat community that focuses on providing an enjoyable place to visit and participate in. JUICED was first established in early April as a closed community; meaning that registrations were only allowed for 24 hours once a month. The idea worked surprisingly well, though it tried up after a few months and we ultimately decided to open the community for good. After another few months and a unsuccessful merge, we're back, and this time, we're here to stay!

true, but you can be proven guilty but you are innocent, and after you are dead they find out who really did it but it's too l8 because you are dead. Some people take the law into their own hands and entice the death penalty unto others. H8 crime comes in. I always wondered how criminals get access to a gun? They'd have no gun license. How do they aquire a gun I'll never know.

i find the death penalty rather useless actually, how does taking 1person's life counter what he did?

You have these people called weapon dealers. They can get you weapons. It really isn't hard to be able to get a gun if you have the right connections.

What if, after having my eyes poked out, I miss your one remaining eye?

(I don't know where this is going)

I mean crimes that are so obvious that it's them, like a man that has kept 5 girls down under his house for years and raped them everyday and had children with them. I don't see anyway of a man like that finding a way of being innocent. If we sit around being scared of 'What if?', more people are going to die.

I am sad to say there is someone who has done something very similar to that and he's in jail for life for it.

He's in jail for life and I think that would be worst then death would ever be. If anything, death is the easy way out as the punishment is swift while life in prison is a slow painful way to go. this guy isn't in America so he's not going to a fun place as some like to think of jail in the US.

Think bright thoughts.
An eye for eye makes the world blind. I am against it. No matter what the person did, killing them will not solve anything.

Lol and where would u find weapon dealers? Surely I cannot just walk into a gun shop one day and expect to be able to buy a gun then and there. What if we don't have the right connections? I'm sure that not every single criminal to have ever gotten a gun knew someone who could get them a gun.

You are right in saying that death will do nothing and it is the easy way out. If they die, they won't have a chance to repent and reflect on their crimes and understand why they are here. If they are put in jail for life, where they spend hell for the rest of their lives, I'd find that a lot better than death. They'd be BEGGING to die but we want them to suffer just like they made all the others suffer.

well, heh I go by my own set of rules, I am going to pass judgement on those that ruined me.

Hmmm, what do you guys think was the most devastating device used for the death penalty? I've seen the hanging, rifle gunmans, electric chair, and much, much more. Some goes from decapitating an individual, to stretching them, to burning them alive. Any particular device used that was inhumane in anyone's opinion?
