I've made this a few times, and it's always good. I usually don't put in as many chilies or as much pepper and onion as it calls for, though.

1 lb. Great Northern Beans, soaked
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 4-oz. cans green chilies
2 t. ground cumin
1 t. oregano
1-1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1/2 t. salt
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 14-1/2 oz. can reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water

Put beans in medium pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and allow to simmer 20 minutes. Discard water. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and brown if desired. Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Stir to mix thoroughly. Cover; cook on Low 10 to 12 hours (High: 5 to 6 hours). 6 to 8 servings.
