ARTICHOKE DIP 1 can Artichoke Hearts (398 ml. can, drained) ½ cup Mayonnaise 1cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) 2 Garlic Cloves 250g Package Cream Cheese Run in food processor until desired consistency is achieved. Grease a pie plate, pour in and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers. |
