TACO SALAD

2 Iceberg lettuce (small heads)
4 Green Onions (diced)
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
½ cup Black Olives (sliced)
1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
½ pkg. Taco Seasoning (Medium heat)
¾ cup Water
1 cup Spicy Taco Chips (broken into small pieces)
½ cup Salsa
½ cup Ranch Dressing
1 can Red Kidney Beans

Cook ground beef until brown, add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients with ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
*If preparing ahead, add salsa, ranch dressing and taco chips just prior to serving.
Set aside additional crumbled taco chips in a side bowl to add if desired.
