Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette; cheft3's recipe

2/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
1 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 Garlic Clove (pressed)
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar


Place all ingredients into a covered jar (I use a pint canning type jelly jar with a plastic lid) and shake very well. Store in fridge for up to 1 week. Shake very well, and often before serving!
