Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Posted by: Beatlebette We had this up at Tahoe-served 9 with little leftover. If was fixed the night before-very good. 1-loaf(16oz) Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread -cut into cubes 3/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins(we had raisins) 6 eggs-beaten 3 cup 1/2-1/2 or milk(we used milk) 2 tsp.vanilla extract Cinnamon-sugar or Confectioners'sugar Whipped Butter Maple Syrup Place bread cubes and cran or raisins in greased 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix eggs,1/2-1/2 and vanilla. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. uncover. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in center. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
