BJC Fish Tacos Batter: 3 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. chicken bouillon 3 eggs Mustard to taste Package of granulated garlic Oregano 1. Mix together ingredients to make batter. 2. Dip small pieces of fish (red snapper works well) into batter and place into pan of hot oil. 3. Cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Salsa: Chile Tomatoes Onion Cilantro Chop finely and mix together. To assemble fish tacos: 1. Heat corn tortillas 2. Spread mayonnaise on tortillas 3. Add fried fish 4. Top with shredded cabbage and salsa. Spritz with lime juice and enjoy! |
