Pepperoni Chicken Rolls 3-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, flattened 6 slices of pepperoni per piece of chicken 1 slice of provolone cheese per piece of chicken milk breadcrumbs grated parmesan cheese dried oregano Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease baking sheet. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese together, add oregano. Pour milk into bowl. Top flattened chicken breast with 1 slice of cheese, then 5 slices of pepperoni. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Dip chicken into milk, shaking off excess. Then dip chicken into breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess again. Repeat steps until all chicken is used. Arrange onto baking sheet and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven. ***Sorry! I do not have exact measurements since I made this at the monthly dinner place. But, I remembered all of the ingredients. It's very simple to make though. This got rave reviews from my sister and a co-worker who both also made this at the monthly dinner place we go to. Here's my picture, it seems my camera wanted to zoom in on the sides rather than the chicken itself

That looks really good! I am wondering how it would be with an Alfredo type sauce on top... Or even if you added a little pesto in with the provolone and pepperoni. Hmmm. I like my chicken very moist! |

I think both of those would be great! I wouldn't add too much pesto inside, though. Would get kind of runny. |

I put a little marinara on it and added some sliced olives inside. YUM! |

This looks really great. My boys will thank you. I will do without the pepperoni and put in fresh spinach for myself.
