Barbequed Pork Roast:

1 pork roast cooked and shredded-recipes says 2-1/2 cups..but..I use 1 pork roast

Sauce:

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 onion, chopped-recipe says 2 tablespoons minced onion-I like more onion and real onions:)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Garlic cloves, chopped up-recipe doesn't say this..we like garlic

Combine all sauce ingredients..bring to a boil. I don't do this..I just mix it all together. Put cooked shredded pork in a crockpot and pour sauce over pork in a crockpot. Cook on low. I put it in the crockpot at 8 a.m. and cook it on low till 8 p.m. at night or whenever we are ready to eat:)

Serve on hamburger buns.
