cliff Posted: Oct 23 2005, 11:09 AM Hungarian Goulash 1-2Lbs Stew Beef 1Cup onion Diced 1 Clove Garlic, Minces 3/4 Cup Catsup 2TBS Worcestershire Sauce 1TBS Brown Sugar 2tsp Salt 2tsp Paprika Dash Cayenne Pepper 1/2tsp Dry Mustard 1 1/2Cup Water Place all in crockpot and set low heat 8-10 hours. When ready mix together 2TBS Flour and 1/4cup water and gradually add to cooker and heat on high until thickens the serve over cooked noodles. |

I made this tonight and its a keeper! I just put a little more brown sugar in and thickened it with cornstarch. Very easy and delicious! Thanks |
