Sauteed Collard Greens

Made this yesterday, along with ham & sweet potatoes. It was so good, and very good for you!

Sauteed Collards

1/2 bag fresh collard greens, tear away big tough stems, wash n drain
1/2 block of vegetable bouiion
1 1/2 cup water
dash of black pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes, more if you want it hotter

Add all to deep pan.Cook with a lid until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of apple cider vinegar on top (optional)
