Chocolate Éclair Dessert 2 pkgs graham crackers 2 (3 oz) pkgs SF instant vanilla pudding 3 cups 2% milk 1 (8 oz) Lite or FF CoolWhip 1 (16 ox) prepared chocolate frosting Line bottom of 9X13 pan with crackers. In a large bowl combine pudding and milk. Stir well (2 minutes). Stir in coolwhip. Spread half of the mixture over graham crackers. Top With another layer of graham crackers and spread rest of mixture over crackers. Take cover off container of frosting and nuke for 10-15 seconds until soft but not runny. Check and stir. Spread frosting over top layer of crackers and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
