Old Fashioned Beef Stew

1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
12 oz. sm. potatoes, peeled & quartered (about 2 c.)
4 med. carrots, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of potato soup
1/2 c. water
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix

In slow cooker, combine meat, potatoes & carrots.

Combine condensed soup, water & soup mix. Pour over meat & vegetables.

Cover. Cook on low 8 to 9 hrs.
