Vegetable Beef Soup 1 lb. extra lean ground beef 4 c. water 1 lb. potatoes, pared & chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans (4 oz. each) mushroom pieces, drained 1 envelope dry low-sodium onion soup mix 1 jar (16 oz) low-sodium chunky salsa 2 med. carrots, chopped Brown beef in skillet. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 hrs. |
