Quick Lasagna

1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
1 pkg. (8 oz) broad egg noodles
1 c. fat free cottage cheese
1/2 c. low fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

Brown beef in skillet over medium heat. Set aside.

Cook noodles & drain. Toss noodles with cheeses.

Mix browned beef & spaghetti sauce.

Spoon 1/3 of meat sauce in slow cooker.

Layer 1/2 of noodles. Repeat layers.

Cover. Cook on low 5 to 6 hrs.
